Clayton Black—this senior forward is a philosophy major from Lancaster, OH. Last season, Black was recognized with third-team Capital One Academic All-America College Division All-District IV honors. Last season, Black played in 29 games, averaging 15 points and 5.4 rebounds a game. Black racked up 442 points for the Tiger basketball team last season, with a season-high 30 points against Wooster.
Alex Brandt—Brandt is a business major hailing from Lewis Center, OH. Last season, Brandt (along with teammate Black) was recognized with third-team Capital One Academic All-America College Division All-District IV honors. In the 2010-2011 season, Brandt averaged 7.4 points and led the team with 5.7 rebounds per game. He was also a standout offensive player, leading the team with 88 offensive rebounds and 174 overall.
Michael Cooper—Cooper is a history major from Springfield, OH. He played in 23 games last season and averaged 6.7 points a game and 2.4 assists per game. Cooper is a two-sport athlete, participating in both basketball and football. Last season, Cooper contributed 155 points to the team, with a season-high 23 points versus La Roche.
