In the September 13 issue of the Torch, in the article entitled “Fun to be Had for a Fantastic Fall” on page 6, we credited Kelsie Evelsizor as a member of the class of 2015. She is a member of the class of 2012, and her email is s12.kevelsizor@wittenberg.edu.
In the article entitled “Wendy Smiseck Begins Tenure as Director of Career Services” on page 3, we listed Ms. Smiseck as the director of WittPath Career Services. She is, in fact, the Acting Director of Career Services. In addition to this, her office hours were incorrectly listed as Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 1:30 to 4 p.m. They are actually Wednesday and Thursday, not Tuesday and Wednesday.
In the article “Women’s Soccer Improves with Winning Streak” on page 10, we incorrectly listed the author of the article as Ben Groff, it is was written by Michael Caligaris, his email is s12.mcaligaris@wittenberg.edu.
The Torch is deeply sorry for these mistakes and regret any confusion they may have caused our readers.
